OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLE AND MODELS OF THE AEROCLAUS AIR CURTAIN
Single Fan model (SF)
A canopy structure is installed above the door. It is 1250 mm wider than the door on one side
and 150 mm wider on the other. 1200 mm of room is required above the door for installation.
The canopy houses a control hood, which produces a spiral flow in front of the door to improve tightness and provide air intake for the air curtain.
A fan tower is installed on the other side of the door. The fan tower reaches 1250 mm above the door and protrudes 1200 mm from the wall. In addition to the ducts, the fans and their motors as well as two sound dampers are installed inside the tower.
A protective wall is built on the opposite side of the door to support the other side of the structure and to protect the air curtain from side flows. The side wall protrudes 1200 mm from the wall and 150 mm to the side from the door.
A cement blowing chamber with appropriate covers and nozzles is embedded in the ground in front of the door. The chamber is 1250 mm wider than the door on one side and 150 mm on the other. The lower edge of the chamber is 1400 mm from the groundsill and the front edge protrudes 1500 mm from the door.
